Terms and Conditions

1. The contents of this package are not to be repackaged as an “Artist Tool Kit”, “Beat CD”, “Educational Video”, or any similar titles.

2. Beats are allowed to be used for commercial productions.  “Albums”, “Mixtapes”, “Singles”,etc.

3. If an instrumental is used for ANY commercial purpose, Scott Holt MUST be given proper credit.  “Produced by Scott Holt” “Music by Scott Holt”

4. Beats are not allowed to be resold, relicensed, or redistributed in anyway as instrumentals, instrumentals with hooks, instrumentals with free verses.

5. Permission to view the instructional video is only granted to those who have signed up to the mailing list,

6. Public showings of the instructional video is forbidden.  Personal use only.

7. Scott Holt will not sell the exclusive rights to any of the beats in this package
